Our design products.
We endeavour to provide all the information for you to make a well-informed purchasing decision. However, if you wish to exchange or have refunded an unused product that is without fault please return, within 10 days of purchase, to:

A refund of the cost of goods will be made. Postage will not be refunded.
Should goods supplied be faulty, return within 10 days of purchase with explanation of the fault. Where agreed goods are faulty a full refund, including postage paid will be made.
Design your own products
As these are bespoke, refunds cannot be made where your instructions re design, positioning, colour, font, wording etc have been followed. Should goods be faulty or it is agreed your instructions have not been complied with a full refund, inclusive of delivery costs will be made once goods have been returned.
Any artwork you design remains your property. We cannot accept responsibility for breach of copyright if you have not sought permission when artwork supplied is not your own.
